4.0.3 asap

If i remember correctly i grabbed the 4.0.1 version of the .po files
from CVS. How can I check which version they really are, and what is
needed to be done submit them in the 4.0.3 release ? 

And if all that get's sorted out should i just attach them in a mail
here?
