An menu editor

When i'll have time (i've got some exams to pass in january) i'll begin
to write a menueditor for the current menu xml format in C/GTK. Then
i'll documentate me over the freedesktop menu or perhaps that will
become reality soon; in this case i can start a freedesktop menueditor
or one with both support (detection of menu type at loading)
