Weird menu behaviour

Hi François,

Yes, I noticed it that today. Prolly a bug I introduced yesterday night in CVS HEAD when redoing the "always on top" feature (the feature needed some more work to make it bullet proof, so I did it in a cleaner way IMO).

I'll fix that hopefully tonite before leaving on vacation...
