Panel Crash: Clipman plugin

Hello,

XFce has something against me today: The panel crashed.

It shows nothing really interesting but I think it shows that the
clipman plugin is responsible. As special thing I removed and added the
clipman plugin in this session. 

Maybe someone with deep gtk/glib/panel knowledge can take a look at the
clipman plugin. I took a quick look but I didn't find anything.
