Strange problem with "Add starter" dialog

Hello,

I just wanted to add a new entry in the panel with the "add starter
dialog" and I strange problem occured:

I could not close the dialog! I pressed "Close", the "X" button and even
the "Delete" button but nothing happened. I closed all other application
but no success. After two minutes, the dialog finally disappeared.

I know the error description sounds strange. Maybe you can guess what
the cause of the problem could be. Of course, it's not reproducable.
