xfprint translation and removal of deprecated g_strcasecmp()

Hi Benny,

I've added french translation to xfprint, and removed deprecated calls
to g_strcasecmp() (replaced with g_ascii_strcasecmp() although I'm not
sure that UTF8 is suitable or not here)

I've also added the gmo files that weren't in CVS (so that ppl that
don't have msgfmt can also compile and install xfprint)
