xffm.xml missing | xfce-setting-manger crash!

Hmm..., so that was causing a crash.... The problem of missing xffm.xml
is now fixed in CVS. The crash was apparently due to the default theme
variable being set to NULL instead of "gnome". The xffm.xml file will
now be automatically created when necessary.
