update finnish-translations

[ilkka.j.ollakka at students.oamk.fi]

I received first feedback from my finnish-translations, and first
proposals for fixes from Mikko Huotari, It seems that I had sended
broken utf-8 po files some of the translations. He also had fixed quite a
few of my typos in translations. thanks for those too. I attached .tgz
packages for patches against cvs for those fixes.
