xfce-mcs-manager changes?

It's weird, especially because the routines are just a hacked up version
of Jasper's implementation for the panel... I've been checking on this
and and it seems that the xfce-mcs-manager is not able to find
"McsPluginInitResult mcs_plugin_init(McsPlugin *mp)" in the module. So
far I've haven't had any luck finding what's wrong, but I believe it is
on the xffm plugin side. Maybe it's due to different compilation
instructions generated by configure.
