Problem building xfce-utils

Yes -- I went into the dir and ran configure & make manually. It fell over
at xfrun but the offending line was in all the Makefiles. (I don't have
recent enough auto tools on that system to go back to the autogen.sh
scripts). I should also add that I did a full fresh checkout of the module
to verify.

I builds OK on my Debian/Unstable box here with pkg-config 0.15.0, so I
guess it's a pkg-config version issue.
