New xfce4 pre-release on sourceforge

I thought I'd make a pre-release on sourceforge, before I start breaking
things even more ;-)

There have been so many changes since I last made a
pre-release I can't even begin to summarize them here.

Be warned it breaks the config file format since last pre-release (I
think).

This is still CVS code, so there are no guarantees it will work. It is
meant for people who are perhaps not comfortable with CVS or otherwise
unable to use CVS, but are still curious about new developments.
