Question regarding window manager hints

Olivier,

I want to be able to use a global option to choose if the panel stays
ontop. Using _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DOCK works only partially: you can set
it to stay on top, but removing it doesn't work. The hint must be set
before mapping the window.

What would you suggest? I think I saw talk on the wm-spec list about a
_NET_WM_WINDOW_STATE_ON_TOP hint or something that would accomplish
this.

Other changes I made seem to work so I'll probably update CVS tomorow
(have to go to sleep now).
