[xfwm4] Keyboard Shortcuts not working

Hi,

Just built the latest CVS xfwm4. I notice that the Keyboard shortcuts no
longer work. My .xfwm4rc seems to be OK. I rechecked by adding the
absolute path to my default.keys -- to no avail.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? Or is it an "off-spec feature" as I
recently heard a bug being described.
