Unable to change size of menus

Hello,

I just noticed that with todays CVS (checkout was around 15:40 CET) I'm
unable to select the size of the panels' menus which I could before the
update at the setup dialog. Moreover the style of the panel is
restricted to "Modern" and I can't change to the other one named "xfce"
(which I've done before). This isn't bad at all and I'm fine with
whatever changes you guys consider to be the best for xfce  ... I just
wanted to let you'all know ...
