[xfwm4] missing option in defaults file

JAsper,

Always a do a "make distclean" prior to recompiling, for some reason
Makefile fails to check some generated files and don't update them even
of they need.

Do a fresh checkout of libxfcegui4 and xfwm4, things are changing
rapidly. 

Also, I'm currently integrating a slighty modified version of Havoc's
libwnck into libxfcegui4 so we'll have all that we need to move ahead.
