libxfcegui4 compiliation

Hello ;)
Just a note from me (I'm nestu) and twj. He's running a up to date freebsd,
and I'm on a debian unstable, also updated today. Well, the problem is we can
get libxfcegui4 compiling: first of all, when we do ./configure, we've got a "
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../.."
message. Later on, as I execute make after ./autogen.sh, I get:
