[xfce4]: clock now a plugin

Jasper,

FYI, I'm working pretty hard on moving xfce specific gtk widgets to a
shared lib (lixfcegui4) with everything needed (ie pkg-config, etc)

Making good progress, got the clock and the move handler (rewritten)
turned to widget.

Stay tuned, more to come :)
