problem with libxfcegui4

Amazingly it compiled fine here.

I'll change libxfcegui4 so that apps will have to include
<libxfcegui4/header.h> instead of just <header.h> and I'll change the
sources for xfwm4, xfce4, xftaskbar and xfbd

Humm, I guess it's too late to change libxfcegui4 name now.
