Makefile removed in tux and beastie themes

Hi all,

FYI, I just noticed that Makefiles have been added by mistake to
xfwm4/themes/beastie and tux. Since those Makefiles are generated, they
should not be added to CVS (sorry, but I still don't have a
/home/huysmans dir on my system :) 

So I removed the "Makefile"s from CVS.
