[xfwm4] missing root property at start-up

Hi Jasper,

BTW, the problem is now fixed in the CVS. Kdesktop works great now with
xfwm4 (mabe Jens could try too and see if the problem with kpanel is
gone - note that I can't reproduce that one)

For those who haven't tried xfwm4 since I made the updates after my
"vacations", it should be quite faster now (most of the job for
rendering the window decorations is done by X, which means that it
should be hw accelerated since most X drivers are hw accelerated)
