Hi Jasper,

Okay done. I've changed the version scheme to use YYMMDD instead of
YYYYMMDD for two reasons:

- Keep consistent with xfwm4
- If we ever release a version 1.0, rpm will refuse to install it
because 2 is greater than 1 (020718 begins with a 0 wich is lower than
1)

I've put the rpms, srpms and tarballs on both xfce.org and sf.net

You may want to create a branch in freshmeat (just like I did with xfwm4
snapshots) and make the announcement.
