xfce4: Rightclick on system-button: nothing happens

I made a plugin that shows one or two of the 'minibuttons' that are on
either side of the desktop switcher. I didn't know what to call them so
I called them system buttons.

All suggestions on a better name are very welcome (I thought
Lock/Exit/Setup/Info would be a bit too long and not much more clear :).
