Minimized panel doesn't come back

Hi Jasper

I just install the last panel from CVS, it doesn't show up when I use
alt+tab after being minimized (yes it's often minimized and yes I don't
use xftaskbar4). This happens with the three positions of the Panel
layer setting. I hope you can save me.
