xfbd4 and svg

[Jeroen Vloothuis]

I used nautilus for the background. The icon theme for that is a quick
thingy I did as well. Basically all icons are ripped from Noia (a
ex-windows then kde theme, check kdelook.org). The icons for xfce4
should be in cvs, if you want the nautilus theme mail me personally. Its
far from done so thats why I wont put that up yet.
