       new  eaf494e   Since GTK+ version 3.10 the setting "gtk-tooltip-timeout" is deprecated and ignored by GTK+ derived application. So we should behave the same and set the timeout statically to the default duration which GTK+ is also using.

The 2 revisions listed above as "new" are entirely new to this
repository and will be described in separate emails.  The revisions
listed as "adds" were already present in the repository and have only
been added to this reference.
