<span dir="ltr" style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0;">Hi,</span>
<br>
<br><span dir="ltr" style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0;">scaling via X only looks good if you use whole integer scaling. Everything else is blurry.</span>
<br>
<br><span dir="ltr" style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0;">For my 4k display at work I use no scaling, but 192 dpi with an extra thick window border theme. I have extra wide panels as well and most icons scale with dpi.</span>
<br>
<br><span dir="ltr" style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0;">For some non-GTK applications I have to tweak their theming to adjust to the larger DPI.</span>
<br>
<br><span dir="ltr" style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0;">With the font I suggest switching from a bitmap font to something vector based. At such high definitions, single pixels aren't an issue anymore.</span>
