<p>Hi Team,</p><p>I’m finding it quite challenging to resize windows on a 4K monitor, as it’s difficult to grab the edges without multiple attempts.</p><p>While I know that pressing <code>Alt + Right Mouse Button</code> works, it requires both hands.</p><p>I understand this can be addressed by theme creators, but many themes haven’t been patched.</p><p>I’ve looked into modifying <code>.xpm</code> files as described in these links:</p><ul><li><a rel="noopener" target="_new" href="https://mxlinux.org/wiki/xfce/changing-border-size-with-xfce4-window-manager/">https://mxlinux.org/wiki/xfce/changing-border-size-with-xfce4-window-manager/</a></li><li><a rel="noopener" target="_new" href="https://sevkeifert.blogspot.com/2014/12/increase-window-border-size-in-xubuntu.html">https://sevkeifert.blogspot.com/2014/12/increase-window-border-size-in-xubuntu.html</a></li></ul><p>Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate the <code>.xpm</code> files for the <a href="https://github.com/ddnexus/equilux-theme" title="equilux-theme">equilux-theme</a> I’m using. Even if patched, switching themes would require repeating the process.</p><p>Could you consider adding a feature in XFCE to set (customizable) default border/edge sizes for easier window resizing with the mouse? </p><p>Or, if there’s a config file I can edit to achieve this, I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction.</p><p>Thank you all for your hard work on this fantastic DE!</p><p>Best,</p><p><br></p><p>Omui</p>
