<html><head></head><body>Hi. I have Xfce 4.18 installed on Debian sid. If
listening to music on YouTube, whether the video is static or not, the
scrolling animation in the weather plugin becomes very erratic. If I stop
the music, or close the YouTube tab, the scrolling becomes smooth again.
Occurs with Chromium (no extensions installed) and have also noticed this
when e-mail is being checked in the background.<div><br></div><div>I would
like to know if there is something causing this and can it be corrected. I
previously posted this on the Xfce Forum last week, but did not receive any
replies. The Debian Xfce packages default installed with two panels, the
regular panel (Panel 1) at the top of the screen and a panel (Panel 2) that
automatically hides, at the bottom. I have not attempted to remove Panel
