I'm running version 4.12, and I'm seeing a "Devices" tab in "Mouse and
Touchpad". It contains a dropdown to select which pointing device you
want to configure, and two sliders under the "Pointer Speed" heading:
"Acceleration", and "Sensitivity". Is yours different?
