when creating new user : I get "Welcome to the first start of the
panel" dialog When i setup the panel I notice that a new
xfce4-panel.xml is made in the user-home-dir.</p><br><p>Added 'locked="*" unlocked="root"' to /etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml<br>Rebooted<br>Result

directory WITHOUT the locked and unlocked entry in .config/.../...<br>Rebooted<br>Result when creating new user : The panel is the way as i want only its not immutable<br>If i edit the xfce4-panel.xml in the user dir and add the locked unlocked entry <br>Reboot <br>i get "Welcome to the first start of the panel" dialog<br>When i remove locked unlocked entry in xfce4-panel.xml in the user dir <br> reboot <br>the panel is ok(but not immutable)</p><br><p>Questions:<br>How can i have immutable panel for my users?<br>If no answer can be given how can i troubleshoot this further?</p><p>Thank you in advance.</p><br><br><br></div><div><br></div>Thanks in advance<br><br><br></div>
