suggestion - top-down panel in Thunar

Hi dear friends,
I am a Xfce user since 2017. Recently I switched to a vertical monitor and found it a boost to my productivity. I'd like to suggest top-down panel along with the side-by-side panel in Thunar. This feature could benefit those in a vertical monitor layout.

Is there any other forum wherein I could make this suggestion? My desire is to reach out to the developers.
