.desktop creation question

When Xfce start a desktop session and is finds a fresh
entry in /etc/xdg/autostart, for example

/etc/xdg/autostart/xscreensaver-autostart.desktop

does Xfce add it to ~/.config/autostart, for example

~/.config/autostart/xscreensaver-autostart.desktop


And if the entry gets disabled in /etc/xdg/autostart,
does Xfce remove it from ~/.config/autostart?
