GTK set my keyboard layout always to US after new start

Your output doesn't even show the xfce specific daemon , but long story
,short . go to xfce4 settings manager -> keyboard then select use system
layout if not selected . then open ibus settings ( there should be an ibus
icon in your "system tray" ) and configure your keyboard layouts and
settings in there. The other option if you are not using any languages that
require a input method for example korean / japanese / chinese and others
completely disable ibus and just use xfce keyboard settings to manage your
layout.
