Can I set XFCE for "focus follows mouse"? and a usability bug.

Hello, XFCE.

I'm currently using XFCE4 4.18.4 (I think; it's not easy to find version
numbers on XFCE).

Is it possible to set up "focus follows mouse" on XFCE? I've got a bug
to investigate, and the OP says it only occurs with "focus follows
mouse". If so, how do I do it?

Also, whilst looking around the Settings menus, I innocently clicked on
a button in the "Mouse and Touchpad" menu, the on/off button to the
right of "Device: USB keyboard", and this instantly disabled my mouse.
There was no "are you sure?" warning, and even restarting XFCE after
exiting with <alt>-<F4> didn't bring the mouse back.

Eventually, I had to search for a configuration file using find ~ -ctime
-1, and edit a file with a text editor on a Linux virtual terminal.
This is not something all users would be capable of.

This is a usability bug. Please fix it!

Thanks!
