By going into the settingsand changing panel length. That is prob couse
your panel doesn't start at pos 0x0 .
What you can do is, unlock the panel and move it up by the top handle until
you can't move it up any further.
An easier solution is to open xfce4-settings-editor and go to xfce4-panel
-> panel-1 -> change position property x=0, y=0 .
Then it shouldn't clip.
