Thank you very much for pointing this out. It looks like I am only 
subscribed to xfce at xfce.org, and some developers(?) announce also to 
xfce at xfce.org – latest ANNOUNCE: libxfce4windowing 4.19.5 released – and 
some don’t. This resulted in my confusion.
