[Thunar] Strange "double background" on file/folder names with gtk css

Each of those do fix the issue on this end. Thanks!

For now I've just disabled the highlight, since 4.19 isn't in my distro's stable repos yet (though temporarily switching to it did indeed fix the issue). And once the new version hits stable I'll switch to that.
