Could someone PLEASE unsubscribe my father's email address, from this list.

Good morning... Or so hopeuflly, it is, for some...
In light of my father's rapidly failing health after a significant fall, could someone please help me unsubscribe him from this list? I am struggling to wade through all of his medical correspondence, and this added to it, makes for very long periods at his computer, (Dad was subscribed to many Linux based, lists.).
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
