Though impossible, hibernation offered under critical battery

Hi Alain,

currently xfce4-power-manager is rather unmaintained.

In order to dont forget about your suggestion, could you please open it
as an issue on: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-power-manager ?

(Of course a MR would be very welcome! )
