mouse paste and focus?

I have a new installed Mint 21 with Xfce 4.16.
When I select text with the mouse and paste it into another xterm, this
window does not get the focus. I have to click it again with the left
mouse button, which is annoying.

How can I paste text and give focus with one (middle mouse button) click?
I have looked into Settings Manager, but found no solution.
