Newbie - Clipman doesn't work after 4.18 upgrade

Thanks Matt for your response. I did a silly mistake of disabling Clipman from the right-click menu [accidentally]. Since I never happened to right-click again [I hardly remember using the right-click menu ever before], it remained disabled.
