Differentiation between dialog boxes and the background windows

Greetings to all.
In vannila Xfce dark theme, adwaita I guess, [Debian Bullseye], [tried with materia-gtk-theme also] there is almost no differentiation between dialog boxes [whisker menu, app finder etc..] and the background windows.

That is not a problem with light theme. Since there is some shadow effect.

Any idea to make dark theme more easy on the eyes. Maybe the whisker menu and the app finder or any other dialogs can be made grey-ish or white-ish?
