Xfce financial contributions migrate to OpenCollective

Hi Mark,
Xfce is not currently a registered 501.c(3) non-profit. This may be
something that we consider in the future. I can't speak for anyone but
myself; but, we will keep everyone posted if/when we start moving in
that direction.
