Laprtop lid switch.

I am trying to connect my laptop (ThinkPad T580) to an external monitor with an HDMI to
DVI cable. An external keyboard is also connected. The problem I am having with this
arrangement is that I can't set the lid to "do nothing" so that the laptop remains active
when the lid is closed. I see nowhere how it is accomplished.

Any advice on how to do it?
