Try:

xfconf-query --create -c xfce4-desktop -np
'/desktop-icons/file-icons/show-home' -t 'bool' -s 'false'
xfconf-query --create -c xfce4-desktop -np
'/desktop-icons/file-icons/show-filesystem' -t 'bool' -s 'false'
xfconf-query --create -c xfce4-desktop -np
'/desktop-icons/file-icons/show-trash' -t 'bool' -s 'false'
xfconf-query --create -c xfce4-desktop -np
'/desktop-icons/file-icons/show-removable' -t 'bool' -s 'false'
