New setup - problems with alt-tab

I just set up a Fedora32 system, was running F30.  Well actually this is 
new laptop so both are running..

Anyway.

Both Xfce about report ver 4.14

On the Fedora 30 system, alt-tab is nice and small icons only showing an 
icon image and some text.

On the new Fedora 32 system, I get this big object that shows the window 
content and below that a little icon on what the program is.

I have looked at Windows Manager Tweak and can't find any setting there 
to change the behavior.

Can someone tell me where the setting change is?
