Is there a default sound equalizer in xfce4, if not what do I need to install?

I have a fairly default (from the sound point of view) installation of
xubuntu 19.10, is there no sort of equalizer in either parole or the
pulseaudio panel plugin?

I just want to adjust the treble and bass a little to account for the
vagaries of my speakers.

If there's not a way to do this in parole or pulseaudio what's the
simplest thing to install to give me equalizer capabilities?
