Global background

Dear Xfce folks,


In our environment users have their home on NFS shares, and can log
in on different machines. They expect, that once their desktop
background is configured, that this will be displayed on all
machines.

Looking at

    ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-desktop.xml

it looks like the backgrounds are saved per monitor connection.

Is there an option to set the background globally? (*Apply to all
workspaces* is selected.)
