Tumbler: How to Generate Thumbnail for Canon CR2 Files?

Hi Team,

Thunar doesn't appear to display thumbnails for CR2 files.

To reproduce:
1. Installed tumbler and raw-thumbnailer (and of course xfce4) on Arch.
2. /etc/xdg/tumbler/tumbler.rc was copied to ~/.config/tumbler/:

make -p ~/.config/tumbler
cp /etc/xdg/tumbler/tumbler.rc ~/.config/tumbler/

Tried on 2 different machines, and neither started displaying thumbnails for CR2.

Does something more need to be done or is this a bug?
