XFCE theme problem after reboot

Every time I reboot my box, I am confronted with my usual desktop except that the title bars of all windows are completely black, including text and buttons.

I have to open the XFCE4 Settings Manager, got to Appearance => Style, click on any but Adwaita, then on Adwaita, to restore my title bars to a measure of usability.

Is it a bug ?
